Since 1989 after moving to Colorado from Texas my family purchased all our ski and golf equipment from CSG.

Every year since 1989 my family always purchased a season pass to either Copper Mnt,, Summit pass, Winter Park and Eldora. Golf courses we choose by specials they offer on every day prices. We owned Avid Golfer Passports and Mega membership from American golf in the past years.

I enjoy coming to work because customers in this kind of store share the same interest in golf and skiing as I do. And after retiring from a professional job, what a better place to work part-time and enjoy what I’m doing.

After my first year working in Junior Ski Trade department I felt that I found my “niche”, working with children and having a chance to use and share my love for skiing and making their experience getting their equipment most enjoyable. And having a very nice young people working alongside with makes me feel like a best place I could be working at now. This is my forth year working here and after the second year I ask to work even during the golf season.

Every time I make a child getting skis and see smiles on their faces and parents leaving the store appreciating my help and even shaking my hand or even getting hugs makes my working here worth while.

I’m not much for watching sports, I rather participate in all outdoors activities

Every time I get better in any aspect of the golf game or after getting new skis and finding out that with a better equipment I am capable of better skiing or golfing. And that I can later share my experiences with store customers. And all that helps me be a better salesperson.

Anything we can use for our love of the ski and golf sports and walking thru the store every time I’m working I can help customers with their shopping needs and decisions.

From my own personal experience and listening customers comment helps me be a better help in future assistance.

Lip balm, sugarless candy, Kleenex for skiing And my golf clubs are always in my car trunk with everything all Coloradans should keep everywhere we go to be prepared for changing weather.
